Please allow 5-8 business days after placing your order for it to arrive. Each canvas is made to order, and quality takes time. We will not send a canvas that we would not hang on our own walls. We use UPS and Fedex, depending on where the package is being delivered. Your package will not require a signature except for canvases larger than 40x30.
WHAT IF MY CANVAS IS DAMAGED IN SHIPPING? This does happen from time to time, but have no fear! Simply contact us to let us know, provide a picture of the damage, and we will be more than happy to ship another one. WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY? We will be happy to take returns within 30 days of delivery. The canvas should be in original condition and returned in the original packaging. We ask that you provide a tracking number, and you will be refunded the full amount of your order upon receiving the canvas back in unharmed condition. WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?
