How much time does it take from the moment an order is placed until the moment the customer’s order is shipped?

Shipping Policy

Anything you want the customer to know about your shipping process. If a detailed page already exists on your website, please include as much of that information as you think necessary along with a link to the policy on your website. A few examples of topics to cover include:

  • Whether you’ll provide a tracking number once an order has shipped
  • Which countries you ship (or don’t ship) to
  • The carrier(s) you use and estimated delivery time
  • What happens if the shipping information provided is incorrect
  • If a signature upon receipt be required

Return Policy

Anything you want the customer to know about returning your products and requesting refunds. Once again, if a detailed page already exists on your website, please include as much of that information as you think necessary along with a link to the policy on your website. A few examples of topics to cover include:

  • How long after placing an order can the customer cancel
  • How long after receiving the product can the customer request a refund
  • Who pays shipping costs when a product is returned
  • What is the process for requesting a refund
